Standing water was removed from the "belly board" and resealed. I was also told that when we removed the floor coverings in other rooms if we found additional damage, it would be taken care of. I personally am hoping there is no further damage.... I have had mold growing in the kitchen under the flooring, of which they sanded the floor and told me it was gone for good.

The repairman and I thought it would have been a bigger hastle then it was worth. The door was adjusted to make it close better. Kitchen Cabinet doors were not replaced, but touched up with white paint of some kind.... And the hinges were replaced and the doors now close better than they did before. My kitchen sink was again replaced, this time with a stainless steel one. One half of the house is degrees hotter or colder depending on the season.
